Every girl wishes that they can wake up looking beautiful with brows and eyelashes on point.

Just before CNY, I went to do my eyelash extension at a home based salon near my place. Prices are definitely more affordable than the shops and salons in malls, home based salon and etc.

The home based salon does nails and of course eyelash extensions. Eyelash extensions (single lash) prices are $38 and $48 for 3D lashes. Express gelish manicure one color for $10, $18 for classic gelish manicure. Pedicure services have to check with her!

The application process is pain-free and very very relaxing. Customers can relax, rest and even fall asleep during the process. I literally almost fell asleep HAHA

Customers lies comfortably on the beauty bed, ensure the client is warm and offer a blanket.
Customers closes the eyes and relaxes
Tape will be applied to the bottom lashes to keep the lashes out of the way during application
Eyelash extensions are applied to each individual natural eyelash one at a time, depending on the amount of lashes needed
The application time generally takes between 60 – 90 minutes. Touch ups can be done in around 30 minute

Overall I’m very satisfied that I did my eyelashes and nails there hehe. I love it ❤️❣️

Lastly, I wanted to share some tips to care for your eyelashes extensions.

How do I take care of Eyelash Extensions?

Do not wash eyes, swim, shower for 24 hours to allow adequate bonding time for the lashes
Be gentle with your lashes
Do not use a mechanical eyelash curler
Avoid oil based cosmetic products around the eye. This will dissolve the adhesive
Do not use oil based mascara, if you must use mascara especially designed for your lashes
Use only water-based facial cleansers
Remember to be gentle with your lashes while removing eye make up
Do not visit saunas or steam rooms frequently. Routine exposure to heat may cause the bond to loosen.

You CANNOT use MECHANICAL eyelash curlers as they can prematurely damage your eyelash extensions.

DAILY TIPS: the most common cause of lash extensions falling out before the end of your natural lash cycle includes excessive touching, use of oil based products, layering on excessive amounts of mascara which requires excessive cleansing, and frequent exposure to heat sources such as spas, saunas and tanning salons.

One cannot be considered ready for cny without doing up their nails (maybe for me only 🤣)

Anyone still looking for gelish manicure and pedicure last minute, right before valentines or cny? Read on for the details cause I have some real good lobang!!!

I found this manicurist on carousell and I straightaway whatsapped her and ask her for the price. $40 for express gelish mani and express gelish pedi, so why not? It’s home based and quite near to both my home and workplace. Sooo, I immediately made an appointment the next day. The manicurist is a very sweet looking girl and kept giving me advises and helping me decide which nail art design I want.

Sadly, my nail broke 😭 but that will not stop me from doing my nails HAHA 😜 😝. I decided to do the 招财猫 on my both of my ring finger so the luck will come to me when I play banluck hehe. The manicurist also suggested to me that she can do dog paws for both of thumb as this year is the year of the dog.
